Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

Oven Roasted Potato Wedges 3 large russet potatoes 2 T. olive oil 1 1/2 T. my house seasoning Wash and dry potatoes, slice into wedges. Place in a ziploc bag and add in oil and seasoning. Toss to coat well. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Lay the potatoes out evenly and place in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Turn the potatoes every so often to get golden brown on all sides. My house seasoning: Equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
