Pantry Peach Cobbler

Pantry Peach Cobbler 1 cup sugar 3/4 flour 3/4 milk 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter 1 can of sliced peaches (drain and reserve 1/2 of the liquid) dash of cinnamon Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl combine sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Melt 1/2 cup butter and pour into the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan. Pour batter over top of the melted butter - do not stir. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Arrange peach slices on top of the batter (do not stir) and then drizzle the reserved peach syrup over top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
