Potato Chip Chicken

Potato Chip Chicken Chicken pieces BBQ chips, broken fine garlic powder Remove any skin on the chicken pieces, if present. Rinse well. Sprinkle with garlic powder on both sides. Place chips into a bag and add chicken pieces. Shake to coat all pieces. Press chips onto chicken while in bag to make them stick better. Bake 350 for 15 minutes and flip over to bake an additional 15 minutes. If more time is needed, cook additional 5 minute intervals
