Breakfast Bread Pudding
In a glass bowl combine:
1 egg
1 slice of bread
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 shakes of cinnamon
1 tbsp. raisins, optional
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or microwave about 7 minutes until set. Serves 1
