Nana's Pork Chops
Nana's Pork Chops (2 servings)
2 pork chops (about 1/2" thick)
1 T. lime juice
1 tsp. rooster sauce (Sriracha sauce)
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of salt
Whisk together the last 9 ingredients. Place the pork chops in a container and pour the marinade over them. Shake around to coat and cover with plastic wrap and let them marinate overnight in the fridge. When you are ready to cook, place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil and place them in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time. I think these would be great on the grill too.
