Sweet Blueberry Banana Milk Shake 3 large bananas, frozen 2 cups blueberries, frozen 2 cups 2% milk, divided 2 tablespoons good honey In a blender process bananas until they break down to pea size pieces of frozen banana, add 1 cup milk and blend until combined. You may need to scrape down a few times. Add blueberries and remaining 1 cup of milk and process until thick and creamy. Add honey and spin it a few times to combine.
