LIME SLAW WITH TACOS
Makes 4 servings.
8 count pkg flour tortillas, warmed
1 tbs chili powder
1 tsp sugar or Splenda
1/4 cup lowfat sour cream
4 pork chops
Salt and Pepper
2 limes, 1 zested and juiced, 1 cut into wedges
2 1/4 cups coleslaw mix
HEAT a grill or grill pan. In a bowl, stir together coleslaw, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, and sugar, season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt, rub mixture on pork. GRILL pork until browned, transfer to a cutting board, let stand 3 min. Debone pork chops, then thickly slice meat against the grain on diagonal. Divide among tortillas, top each with some of the slaw. SERVE with lime wedges.
