No Bake Snowballs

No Bake Snowballs 1 8oz. cream cheese, softened 1 can 8oz. crushed pineapple-well drained 1 C chopped pecans 3 C flaked coconut Combine cream cheese and pineapple until well mixed. Fold in pecans Cover and Refrigerate 1 Hour Remove after 1 hour-roll into 1in. balls Roll in coconut Refrigerate 4 hours or over night Makes 2 dozen
