Oreo Banana Cream & Chocolate Pie
8 oz. pkg. mini oreo cookies, crushed
3 T. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
15 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3.4 oz. pkg. banana cream pudding mix
1 C. milk
4 oz. cool whip
1 chocolate pudding cup, optional
Mix together all but 1/4 C. of the crushed oreo cookies and butter, press into the bottom of and 8x8x2 dish. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cream together the cream cheese and condensed milk. In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Pour the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix well to combine. Pour over the oreo crust and smooth to even it out. If using the chocolate pudding, combine that into the cool whip and spread over the banana cream mixture. Top with the remaining crushed oreo's. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 5 hours before slicing.
