Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Chops
4-5 bone-in pork chops (about 1/2" thick)
1/3 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. stone ground mustard
2 T. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Put the pork chops in a ziploc baggie. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops. Squish around to coat them and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. Pull the pork chops out of the fridge 20 minutes prior to grilling. Heat your grill to medium high heat. Grill the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side.
