Egg Roll Skillet
1 lb. ground pork
2 T. butter
1 rib celery, diced
1 carrot, grated
4 green onions, chopped
3 C. finely shredded cabbage
2 T. hoisin sauce
1 T. soy sauce
Begin browning the meat in a skillet over med. high heat and breaking it up as it cooks. When it is no longer pink add the butter and veggies. Cook for 10 minutes, you want the cabbage to still have some crunch to it. Stir in the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, combine well.
