Deliciously Different Turnip Greens

Deliciously Different Turnip Greens 2 large bunches of fresh turnip greens 1 smoked turkey wing 3/4 C. salsa (mine was mild) 1 tsp. brown sugar 1 chicken bullion cube 1 T. bacon grease salt and pepper to taste Wash your turnip greens well then tear them from the stem and into pieces. Put the greens in a large pot along with the turkey wing, salsa, brown sugar and bullion, cover with water. Bring up to a boil then reduce the heat to medium and cook for 1 hour or to your desired tenderness of the greens. Remove the turkey wing and tear off the meat, returning the meat to the pot. Add the bacon grease and season with salt and pepper to taste.
