Crock Pot Taco Meat
2 lbs. lean ground beef, raw
2 pkts. taco seasoning
1/2 C. salsa
Put everything in the crock pot, cover and cook on low 4 hours. If the ground beef is frozen, cook on low for 5-6. Break up the meat about halfway through.
NOTE: If you are worried about grease, using a good lean ground beef will render very little. You can blot what might be on top with a paper towel if desired. Feel free to drain any if desired.
