Crock Pot Chicken and "Tortilla" Dumplings
4 C. chicken broth
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. better than bullion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 C. diced onion
5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 T. butter
1/2 C. milk
7 "fajita size" flour tortillas, cut into 1 1/2" squares
salt to taste
Spray your crock pot with cooking spray. Add the first 6 ingredients and whisk together. Add the onion, chicken and butter. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Use a fork and shred the chicken in the crock pot. Stir in the milk then add the tortillas to the crock pot. Pat them down, not really stirring. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt to taste and a little more pepper before serving. About 5 servings
