Sautéed Mushrooms

Sautéed Mushrooms 2 pounds baby Bella mushrooms halved 4 tablespoons butter 4 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 3/4 cup red cooking wine Salt and pepper Green onions chopped Place a large sauté pan over medium heat, add the butter and melt. Once melted, add the mushrooms and sear for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add garlic, stir and cook for another 5 minutes to develop a rich caramelized color. Stir in the fresh rosemary, dried parsley, brown sugar, soy sauce, and red wine. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 more minutes, stirring from time to time. Cook until only a small amount of moisture is left in the pan. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
