Grandmas Apple Cake

Grandmas Apple Cake 3 large eggs 1 3/4 C. sugar 1 C. vegetable oil 2 C. all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 5 apples, peeled and chopped 1 C. finely chopped pecans powdered sugar In a mixer, beat together the eggs, sugar and oil for 5 minutes. Add the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat till well combined. Stir in the apples and pecans. The batter will be very thick. Pour into a prepared (greased) 9x13 baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
