Sausage, Beef & Bean Casserole 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage 1 pound ground beef 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup) 6 ounces baby spinach leaves 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup milk 1 can (15-ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained 1 cup herb seasoned stuffing 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Preheat the oven to 350F. Cook the sausage, beef and onion in a large skillet, breaking up the meat, until the meats are browned and cooked through. Pour off fat. Add the spinach and cook until it wilts. Stir in the soup, milk and beans. Heat through for 2-3 minutes. Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Stir the stuffing and cheese in a small bowl. Sprinkle around the edge of the dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
