Almond Chocolate Spread
1/4 cup (60 ml) ricotta cheese
4 tsp (20 ml) cocoa powder
2 tsp (10 ml) sugar, or more to taste
1/4 tsp (1 ml) almond extract
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread on bread, toast, rolls, or
muffins. Makes about 1/4 cup
