Oven Pork Chops and Taters
Oven Pork Chops and Taters
3 to 4 bone-in pork chops (about 3/4" thick)
2 medium potatoes, cut into thin wedges
1/2 C. greek vinaigrette (italian is good also)
1/3 C. brown sugar
Place the pork chops and taters on a 1" rimmed baking sheet lined with tinfoil. Whisk together the vinaigrette and brown sugar and pour over the pork chops. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, till potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Pop under the broiler for a couple minutes to add more color to the pork chops if desired.
