Bacon Beer Cheese Rolls
Bacon Beer Cheese Rolls (approx. 15 rolls)
3 C. self rising flour
2 T. sugar
1 T. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
12 oz. beer of your choice
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 T. butter, melted
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, onion and garlic powder. Stir in the beer, it will become very foamy, keep stirring till the foaming settles. Stir in the cheese and bacon, combine well. Grease a 12 count muffin tin well and fill each cup with some batter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, remove and brush with some melted butter. Return to the oven for 7-10 more minutes to lightly brown.
