Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta en Pasta 1 lb chicken breast (cubed) 2 tablespoons oil (1) 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning 1/2 cup half & half 8 ounces pasta (cooked and drained) 2 green onions sliced thin salt & pepper Add chicken and oil to a skillet and heat on medium high heat until chicken is cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, Cajun seasoning and mix well. Stir in half and half. Heat on low for 3-5 minutes or until steamy. Add pasta and heat 2 minutes more until hot. Garnish with green onions before serving.
