CINNAMON CRISPS

CINNAMON CRISPS 1 box of pie ready made cold (thawed, if you have it frozen) pie crusts (I used pillsbury) ½ cup sugar 2 Tablespoons of cinnamon Non-stick spray Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into triangles. Place on a cookie sheet. Spray with non stick spray (or lightly brush with water). sprinkle with the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Flip the triangles over and repeat, so you have the cinnamon mixture on each side (dont worry, there will be a mess - you want your cookie sheet to be messy). Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until nice and brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy! (make sure you scrape up the cinnamon on the cookie sheets, because that is the best part
