stroganoff You'll need Bag of egg noodles 1 block of cream cheese 1small sour cream 1 family pack of flank steak Fresh mushrooms 1-jar beef gravy Salt and pepper Cut flank steak into 1 inch pieces or smaller Cook steak on medium heat To pan add jar of beef gravy after the steak is done Add the sour cream Add 1/2 the cream cheese Add mushrooms sliced Salt and pepper Simmer Cook egg noodles in separate pan cook using package directions Drain noodles Add to meat mixture
