White Chocolate Bark
White Chocolate Bark
11 oz. white chocolate chips
6 oz. trail mix (nuts, raisins, etc.)
1/4 C. shredded coconut
1/4 C. craisins
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips using 30 second intervals until melted. Stir in the trail mix, coconut and craisins. Cover a baking sheet with wax paper and pour the mixture onto the wax paper and spread around to make an even layer. Place in the fridge for 20-25 minutes to harden. Remove and break apart into pieces. Keep refrigerated.
