TOMATO TACOS
TOMATO TACOS
6 large tomatoes
Tablespoon of butter
1.5 lbs of hamburger meat
1 large yellow onion
1 pack of taco seasoning (or use your own spices)
1 cup of Sour Cream
1.5 cups of Shredded Mexican Cheese
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 Avocado
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and sauté until tender. Add beef and taco seasoning, breaking up meat with a spatula. Cook until the meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Place tomatoes stem side down and cut into 6 wedges, about 3/4 the way into the tomato.
Fill the tomatoes! Taco meat, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and avocado.
