Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Shredded Brussels Sprouts 1 pound brussels sprouts 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1-2 cloves garlic , minced salt and freshly ground black pepper , to taste 1/4 cup water Shred/chop Brussels Sprouts very finely with a knife. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add Brussels sprouts and sauté over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add water, cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 1-2 min. Stir. Cover again and cook 1-2 min more. Season with more salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm.
