2 lbs. candied cherries 1 lb. candied pineapple 1 box seedless raisins 2 lbs. shelled pecans 3 cans Eagle Brand milk 1 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. each of cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg 4 tbsp. whiskey 2 boxes graham cracker crumbs Mix milk and whiskey and stir well. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour milk over them and stir fast. Mix well and pack firm in tube pans or loaf pans. Let set for 2-3 hours. Turn out and wrap. These freeze real well. | |
