TUNA PATTIES 5 oz. can solid white Albacore tuna, drained 1 green onion, chopped 1 egg, beaten 1/3 C. all purpose flour 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper pinch each of salt and pepper 5 buttery round crackers, crushed oil for frying In a bowl combine the tuna, onion, egg, flour, seasonings and crackers. Heat about 3 T. oil in a frying pan over med. high heat. Drop tuna by spoonful’s into the oil (this makes 6 patties), reduce the heat to medium. Fry for 4-5 minutes then flip and fry another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.

BREAKFAST BAKE 1 Can Flaky Grands Bag shredded cheddar 8 oz. Half cup milk Cubed ham or ground cooked sausage 1 cup cooked 5 eggs Salt and pepper Add all ingredients and mix saving biscuits for last. Cut biscuits into fours and carefully mix in. Transfer to roomy casserole dish that has been oiled. Cook 25 at 350. You can’t mess this up and it comes out looking JUST like picture. Serve for breakfast or dinner w small salad.

CARAMEL CHEESECAKE COOKIES 1 8 oz softened Cream Cheese 1 egg 1 pouch of Sugar cookie mix (17.5 oz bag) 2/3 cup of Caramel Chips Pre heat oven to 350 degrees line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl add softened Cream cheese..egg..and cookie mix mix with a mixer until well blended.. (mix will be thick) fold in Caramel chips. Spoon dough onto lined sheet using a tablespoon I rolled them into balls. Bake for 20 minutes… let cool.

MILLION DOLLAR DIP 5 Green onions 8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese 1 ½ cup Mayo 3 oz Real bacon bits 1 small pack of slivered almonds Chop onions. Mix onions, cheese, mayo, bacon bits and slivered almonds together. Chill for 2 hours. Can serve with crackers, celery,peppers, or chips. Can modify using cream cheese or by adding some dill or dry ranch dressing mix. Enjoy

DIY VICKS SHOWER PUCKS Put theses in the bottom of your shower when you’re sick and let them melt away while you have a hot shower. Leaves you feeling less stuffy and helps to clear up colds faster. Ingredients: – NOT EDIBLE!! 1 Cup Baking soda 1/2 Cup Cornstarch 1/3 – 1/2 Cup Water 2 – 3 tsp Vicks vapor rub Heat water enough to melt vicks in. Add in baking soda and cornstarch and mix into a think paste, if you need to add more water. Line a muffin tin with paper cups, fill each cup about half way with mixture. Let dry overnight. Remove from paper cups when discs are hard and store in an airtight container.
