Strawberry Ice Box Pie
1- Large can of strawberry (can be any flavor) or pie filling (that
comes in the can)
1-large container of cool whip
1-can of condensed milk (eagle brand)
1-cup of pecans (or more if you like pecans)
Mix all together in large bowl; stirring by hand until all mixed; then
pour into a gram cracker crust pie shell and top with more cool whip.
Keep refrigerated.
Makes an awesome ice box pie. I have made it as a fruit salad as well by
leaving out the gram cracker crust and just serving in a bowl

2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
7 quarts popped corn
2 cups mixed nuts
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup, and salt
Boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add flavorings, cream of
tartar, and baking soda.
Pour sugar mixture over popped corn and nuts, mixing thoroughly.
Spread the mixture in shallow baking pans. Bake at 200F for one hour

1 Box - Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1 Small Box - Instant Chocolate Pudding
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1/2 Cup Oil
12 oz Chocolate Chips
4 Eggs
8 oz Sour Cream
2 tsp Vanilla
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Spray a 9 X 13 inch Cake Pan with PAM or other baking no-stick coating. - Place all ingredients in a large bowl - Mix well, then pour in cake pan - Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes - Serve cooled and cut into 2 inch squares - It is rich and a little goes a long way to satisfy any chocolate lover

2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, salt, pineapple and vanilla. beat with mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. In saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil. Pour over warm cake.

POTATO CHIP HAYSTACKS
1/2 cup cashews
1 can shoe string potato chips
6 oz chocolate chips
6 oz peanut butterscotch chips
2 tbls peanut butter
Melt chips and peanut butter in microwave stirring every 10 sec. (to prevent scorching). Add potato chips and cashews.
Drop by tbls. onto wax paper lined cookie sheet. Store in refrigerator and serve cold

4 large Granny Smith or Rome apples
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
Whipped cream (optional)
Core apples, and cut each into 1/2-inch-thick rings.
Stir together apple juice and next 3 ingredients.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; cook
apple rings, in batches, until browned on both sides. Return all apple
rings to skillet; drizzle with juice mixture, and sprinkle with sugar.
Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until tender and glazed.
Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings

Taco Twist Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1/4 cup green pepper chopped
3 cups rotini pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
Brown beef, drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine with cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup
cheese
and sour cream and dump into baking pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at
350°F for 30 minutes
