Peanut Butter Oat Balls
Peanut Butter Oat Balls
Serves 24
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup puffed rice cereal
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter chips
Optional Add-in's
Pecans, walnuts or almonds
Toasted Coconut
Dried Cranberries, cherries or apricot
In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to help make it easier to roll
Using your hands roll mixture into 1" balls, you may have to press ingredients into each other to make it all stick together - if the mixture is too dry add in some additional maple syrup, peanut butter or honey
Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or so t set the balls
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week
