Cheesy Beef and Rice Casserole
Cheesy Beef and Rice Casserole
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp garlic powdered
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 cup cooked rice (great way to use up leftovers!)
1/2 chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar
Brown ground beef together with chopped onion. Drain.
Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano.
Add tomato sauce, drained corn and chicken broth. Add in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into a prepared 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese over top, with a little more oregano
