Praline Cookie
1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 350. Cream butter, sugar and egg. Stir in flour, vanilla
and pecans. Mix well by hand. Shape Tbs. of dough into balls. Place on cookie sheets and flatten to about 1/8". Bake 10-12 minutes, until
brown. Cool completely to harden
