Crawfish Stuffed Tomatoes
6 ripe tomatoes
1 teaspoon of parsley, chopped
1 cup of celery, chopped
2 cups of cooked crawfish
1 cup of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Scoop out center of tomatoes. Chill. Combine with chopped crawfish, parsley, celery, salt, and pepper to taste. Fill tomato cups. Top with mayonnaise and place on lettuce leaf
