Nicely Cheesy Hash Browns Casserole
1 pkg Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
1 can(s) Cream of Chicken Soup
2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3/4 c Sour Cream
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1/4 c Butter, Melted
1 1/2 c Corn Flakes, Coarsely Crushed
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2-quart glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. If doubling the recipe, use a 9x13 baking dish.
In large bowl combine hash browns with the next 5 ingredients; mix well. Spread into prepared baking dish.
In small bowl stir together the corn flakes and 2 Tbls. melted butter. Spread topping evenly over hash browns.
Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender.
