PINEAPPLE ORANGE POPSICLES
2 cups fresh chopped pineapple (about 1 pineapple)
2 navel oranges, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
In the bowl of a food processor combine all the ingredients, blend until you have a smooth mixture. Pour mixture into ice pop molds. Slide popsicle sticks into the ice pop. Freeze 12-24 hours until frozen solid.
Run mold under warm water to loosen the popsicles from the mold. Pull the popsicle out of the mold by tugging on the stick.
Store in a snack-size resealable zip top bag.
Serve
