LEMON POUND CAKE

LEMON POUND CAKE Cake: 1 box Lemon Cake Mix 1 small bog instant lemon pudding 3 large eggs 1 cup water 1/2 cup vegetable oil or 1 stick butter melted Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 TBSP lemon juice Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour oblong pan, or two smaller baking containers or bundt pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. mix ingredients for glaze. Glaze after cake is cooled. Drizzle over cake.
