Delectable Tuna Salad

Delectable Tuna Salad 2 cans Solid white Albacore in water 2 cans Chunk light in water Diced carrots and celery and a very small onion Red pepper flakes (to taste and for that extra kick!) Black pepper Squirt or two of chipotle sauce Approximately 1-2 tsp of relish Real mayonnaise -- adjust to your taste The secret to great tunafish is when you squeeze out all the excess water from the can, unflake with fork to break it up into really fine shreds. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well! Keep it in an airtight container! This should keep for days -- add to some slices of fresh avocado, lettuce and tomato and a healthy low carb wrap
