Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cake
1 (18.25 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
2 pounds sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons Crisco or lard
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped into chunks
Heat oven to directions on box. Prepare cake as directed for a layer cake. Cool completely.
Beat sugar, vanilla extract,
Crisco, milk and peanut butter until it reaches desired consistency. Split layers and frost cake sprinkling with chopped candy.
Your frosting consistency depends on personal taste. You can add more milk and peanut butter if you like to thin it out some. This is a real treat for
peanut butter lovers and tastes just like a Reese's cup
Cherry Jello Cool Whip Pie
Cherry Jello Cool Whip Pie
1 White cake mix
1 small package of cherry Jello
1 can (20 oz)cherry pie filling
Cool Whip
Make cake according to directions and bake. After you take it out of the oven make small openings on the top surface of the cake and let the cake cool.
Dissolve the cherry Jello in cold water and pour it over the white cake. Spread the cherry pie filling on top of the Jello coated white cake. At the end, all you have to do is add the Cool Whip on the cake and let it chill in the refrigerator.Serve

Lemon Jello and Cool Whip Mousse
3 oz of lemon Jello
9 oz of Cool Whip
4 cups of boiling water
12 oz of lemonade
Dissolve the lemon Jello completely in the boiling water. Also add the lemonade into the mixture and stir until the lemonade crystals dissolve completely. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and add the Cool Whip to the Jello. Beat both the ingredients together with the help of a hand beater. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving

Cinnamon Butter Cake Recipe
1 box yellow pudding-in-the-mix cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pound powdered sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Mix one of the eggs together with the butter and cake mix. This will make a dough.
Press the mixture into the bottom on a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Beat the remaining eggs into the cream cheese until creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Continue beating and slowly adding the powdered sugar
until it is all combined. Pour this over the crust. Bake at 350
degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes

Meat Loaf Au Gratin
2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
2 cups soft breadcrumbs (4 slices bread)
1 small onion, grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup barbecue sauce or ketchup
Mix ground beef lightly with 3/4 cup of cheese, egg, bread crumbs, onion and seasonings until well blended; shape into a loaf. Bake in a 350F oven for 1 hour; pour off drippings. Pour barbecue sauce over loaf; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 30 minutes longer
Malted Milk Ball Pie
Malted Milk Ball Pie
1 package (7 ounces) malted milk balls (divided)
1 cup chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 gallon Blue Bunny Tin Roof Sundae ice cream
1/2 cup marshmallow ice cream topping (NOT marshmallow creme)
Place 1 cup of the malted milk balls in reclosable plastic bag. Use rolling pin or mallet to finely crush candy. In medium bowl, combine crushed candy, cookie crumbs, and butter. Stir with fork to moisten all crumbs. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate that has been lightly coated with no-stick cooking spray. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before filling. Fill crumb crust with uniform-sized scoops of ice cream, using entire half gallon. Freeze for several hours until solid. Just before serving, drizzle marshmallow topping over ice cream. Cut remaining malted milk balls in half and use to garnish top of pie

Twenty Second Peanut S'Mores
2 graham cracker squares
2 teaspoons peanut butter
5 mini-marshmallows
5 semi-sweet or milk chocolate morsels
Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each graham cracker. Place one cracker, peanut butter side up, on napkin. Top with marshmallows and chocolate morsels. Place remaining cracker, peanut butter side down, on top. Microwave (high) for 20-25 seconds. Cool for several minutes before eating.
