Country Sausage Cornbread

Country Sausage Cornbread 1 pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix 1 cup milk 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product 1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen Breakfast Links, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1/2 cup chopped onions Heat oven to 425°F. Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl just until muffin mix is moistened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Substitute 1 beaten egg for the egg product.
