Candied Sweet Potatoes

Candied Sweet Potatoes Sliced the potatoes and cooked them on med. heat, before they get tender, in a separate pan I melted a stick butter and added a 1/4 cup brown sugar and about 1/4 cup water. When sugar dissolved I added the potatoes, let them cook on med. low heat On stovetop until the butter and sugar get a little thick. I don’t measure so you may want to adjust the sugar and butter to your taste.
