PINEAPPLE-ORANGE SUNSHINE CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix.
1 can mandarin oranges.
1/2 cup oil.
4 large eggs.
TO MAKE THE FROSTING:
1 PKG Jell-O No Bake Cheesecake mix.
1 can of crushed pineapples.
1 container Cool Whip.
1 cup of sour cream.
Prepare the yellow cake mix, following the directions in the back of the box, add oranges, and oil. mix the ingredients using an electric stand mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time beating well.
Pour the batter in a greased and floured pan, and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350℉.
In a medium bowl, mix the Cheesecake mix, crushed pineapples including juice, and sour cream. I used an electric hand mixer to mix the ingredients well.
Add cool whip and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
Keep the cake refrigerated for 6 hours, or you can make it the day before you plan to serve.
