Cheesy Breakfast Potato Casserole

Cheesy Breakfast Potato Casserole 28 oz bag Potatoes O'Brien 6 tbsp butter, melted 1 cup sour cream 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup 4 oz can diced green chilies, drain juice 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning 1 tsp pepper 1 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 sleeve Ritz® crackers, crushed Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 3 quart baking dish or 13 x 9 baking dish with non stick spray right before filling. Using a large bowl, add all ingredients to bowl, except crackers, and stir until combined. Spoon into prepared dish and top with crushed crackers. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Carefully remove from oven
