Baked Chili-Lime Corn
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons lime juice
1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 medium ears sweet corn, cut into 3-inch pieces
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Place corn in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Brush corn with half the butter mixture. Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Uncover; brush corn with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until tender.
