ROASTED MUSHROOMS
24 oz white mushrooms
1/8 c balsamic vinegar
1/8 c olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine balsamic, olive oil, garlic and herbs. Toss with mushrooms.
Place mushrooms in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes, until tender.
NOTES
Use your favorite seasonings to adapt this easy appetizer or side dish!
