PINA COLADA CHIA SEED SMOOTHIE
1 very ripe banana frozen
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey optional, if you like things sweeter
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
