HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE OAT FLOUR Perfect for Oatmeal cookies, pancakes and more! 3 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats or Quick Cooking Oats Add the oats to the bowl of a food processor and blend until powdery, approximately 4-5 minutes. If desired, sift the oat flour through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove the larger oat pieces. Transfer the oat flour to an airtight container until ready to use. RECIPE NOTES For best results, use a high powered blender or food processor with a sharp blade.
