Peanut Butter cake with peanut butter crumb topping 1⁄2 cup butter, softened 1⁄2 cup peanut butter 3⁄4 cup honey 2 eggs 1.teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda 1⁄2 teaspoon salt 3⁄4 cup buttermilk (or add 3/4 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice and add the remaining amount of milk to make 3/4 cup--works like a charm) TOPPING 1⁄2 cup peanut butter 3⁄4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup chocolate chips, of choice Preheat oven to 350. spray 13x9 baking pan. beat together butter, peanut butter and honey in large bowl until well blended. blend in eggs and vanilla. sift together dry ingredients add to peanut butter mixture alternating with buttermilk beating well with each addition. pour into prepared pan. combine topping ingredients and crumble over cake batter. bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center come out clean. serve warm or room temperature.
