Chicken and Green Bean Stuffing Casserole

Chicken and Green Bean Stuffing Casserole 12 oz. pkg. cornbread classic stuffing mix (Pepprige Farm) 4 T. butter 1 small onion, chopped 1 rib celery, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 3 1/2 C. shredded cooked chicken 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup 3 C. chicken broth 1/4 C. half & half 1 large egg 14.25 oz. can french style green beans, drained 2 oz. jar diced pimintos, drained 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese Put the stuffing mix in a large mixing bowl. Heat the butter in a skillet over med. high heat. Add the onion, celery and garlic and cook for 4 minutes. Add this to the stuffing mix. Stir in the soup and broth. Whisk together the half & half and egg, add to the mix along with the remaining ingredients. Combine well and pour into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minnutes.
