Velveeta Ultimate Nachos
1 pound extra-lean ground beef
7 cups tortilla chips (about 6-ounces)
1/2 pound (8-ounces) Velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/3 cup Sour Cream
Brown meat; drain.
Arrange chips on microwaveable platter; top with Velveeta. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until Velveeta is melted.
Top with meat and remaining ingredients.
