No Bake Cheesecake
8 ounces soft cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add milk and stir until well mixed.
Blend in juice and extract.
Turn into a prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving.
